2007
Oct - Dec
|
24th
- 29th October - The Big Caper at the 'Oldboys' Festival,
Ribnitz-Damgarten, Germany |
|
|
5/6ths
of The Capering Crew in the woods near Ribnitz - 1/6th had got lost in
transit |
Made
it at last - and Ribnitz-Damgarten is so bracing |
|
|
At
the Festival venue there was a lot of hanging about. Still, the beer and
free ice-creams were good |
Eventually
we did a few performances - a sidestage view of Princess Royal |
|
|
Another
sidestage view of something sticky |
The
full ensemble, with interpreter Zhirley |
|
We
quite liked the Serbian team, and will be incorporating some of these
very simple moves into our Cotswold repertoire |
|
|
The
Austrians (who we also liked) practising round the back before their
final performance. Slap those thighs, boys! |
For
the final line up and goodbye, we were at the back and not visible - but
our hats are looking good |
|
|
24th
November, the annual Bunfight, Heroes and Villains .... |
.....
and the Keystone Kops put in an appearance, incompetent as ever |
|
|
20th
Dec, annual Xmas dinner, Father Paul gets ready to hand out the Secret
Santa pressies .... |
....
and boy, is this little feller excited! .... |
|
|
Jerry
delivers his squire's speech with all the gravitas we expect of him .... |
....
while Paul relaxes with a smile after his hard work |
|
|
22nd
Dec, Xmas looming, but BB are still playing to their (adoring) public on
their St. Thomas Day dance out .... |
...
with an old favourite back as guest musician, Gareth how-does-this
one-go-Simon Kiddier |
|
|
A
Goblins chorus line ... |
...
and a Knees Up to finish |
