Jun - a wedding, and not-the-Dorset Tour |
4th June, not much on TV, might as well
go to this ..... |
... but first some
dancing in Windsor .... |
.... followed by Jameson's last dance as
a single man (+ brother Simon) |
One of Jameson's last
capers as a single man etc etc ..... |
At Finchampstead church with best man
Malcolm |
"Where do I sign,
Em? Ah yes, under your thumb, good practice for the future" |
"What's all this? We'd have
preferred confetti, actually ....." |
After the ceremony with
brother Simon |
As BB line up .... |
..... look! There goes
Jameson's bachelorhood .... |
"Careful where you're waving those
- don't want any disasters ahead of my wedding night" |
Hammersmith helpfully
assist the marriage in getting off the ground |
You've got to admit (he certainly did),
he looked good in his suit |
"Taxi's here now,
see you later, thanks for coming...." |
At the evening ceilidh with Stocai, the
Men in Black reappear .... |
.... and this time
include a little Charleston .... |
.... before J+E get tied up in the
proceedings.... |
.... after which they
can't bring themselves to get up |
"Come on Emma, we've got to cut
this into 250 pieces....." |
Next morning, Wheel of
Fortune in a deserted Wokingham (apart from the Morris teams...) |
Emma + Capering Crew |
An interloper in the
Crew's Knees Up |
2 sets of Wizo in front of the Sky
Sports HD banner though don't believe they were filming us |
25 June, the not-the-Dorset tour kicks
off by the Kennet & Avon canal in Devizes, Wiltshire .... |
.... perhaps the crowd
was waiting for us in Dorset? |
By the Market Cross in Devizes |
In The Brittox |
In the back garden of The Pelican,
bizarrely celebrating its 57th birthday .... |
..... while later at the
campsite Sue belatedly celebrated hers with some help from Bob |
Later that evening at the Cross Keys,
Rowde - who'd have thought Mrs Casey could be such fun? |
Before leaving the
campsite the next day, this tree had mysteriously borne fruit - very
ripe, too |
On the Sunday outside The Carpenters
Arms, Lacock ..... |
.... for 3 by 3, the
popular successor to 2 by 2 |
All up |
A lunchtime picnic .... |
.... with slightly relaxed dress
standards (lovely calves / knees) .... |
... and a quick game of
morris stick cricket .... |
... before the last dance - the end now
in sight .... |
... just time for Jerry
to cheerfully assault Mark before we all went home |
