After this, no events until the successful return of the Bunfight on Sat 26th November – a great evening with music from the Diatonics and calling by Emma Wooders. This year’s theme was ‘Abba and all things Swedish’ which led of course to some great outfits – and incorporation of a number of Abba tunes from the band! After performing Sucking the Monkey in the first interval, 16 gallant trawlermen and women of BB set sail from mid Berkshire aboard the good ship Wellerman for a sea shanty inspired spot which seemed to go down well.
