Wallingford Bunkfest

Halfway through a twizzle

And the weather was still staying fair the following weekend for us at the Wallingford Bunkfest, the first time this had been held in all its glory for 3 years. As always a great event, with large crowds on the Kinecroft appreciating the various attractions on the main stages and dance stage. No chunkfest at the end of the dancing this year, but instead a highly sociable afternoon tea and picnic by the river, and a highly satisfactory end to 2022’s main dancing season.

The next morning (August Bank Holiday Monday) we were back at the Village Stage for a final couple of dances for everyone before a mass woo to finish. Overall a great weekend, helped (as it had been all summer) by the exceptional weather.
